Two Ways to Train

1. In-Person Classes (Coach-Led)
Yoga
A “move better” class that blends mobility, strength, balance, and breathing. You’ll loosen up tight hips/shoulders, build core control, and leave feeling reset and more capable for lifting, cardio, and real life.
Silver Fit
Supportive training for older adults focused on strength, balance, mobility, and confidence in daily life. Coach-guided movement with options for every level—welcoming, safe, and effective.
BodyAttack
High-energy athletic cardio that blends running-style intervals, strength moves, and bodyweight conditioning. It’s designed to build stamina, speed, and all-around fitness — the kind that makes daily life feel easier and workouts feel sharper. Expect a strong sweat and a big finish.
Great for: conditioning, calorie burn, athletic cardio, people who like to feel challenged and energized.
BodyBalance
A blend of yoga, tai chi, and Pilates-inspired movement designed to improve mobility, core strength, posture, and calm. This is the session that helps you feel better in your body — less tight, more controlled, and more resilient. It’s a great counterbalance to lifting and high-intensity training.
Great for: mobility + recovery, stress relief, posture, improving movement quality, feeling “reset” without being sedentary.
Core
Focused core training that builds strength and stability through your trunk — the foundation for better posture, safer lifting, and stronger movement. You’ll hit the muscles that support your spine and help you transfer power, with options that scale from beginner to advanced. It’s targeted, efficient, and you’ll feel it immediately (in a good way).
Great for: posture support, back resilience, lifting performance, anyone who wants a stronger, more stable midsection.
BodyCombat
Martial arts-inspired cardio that’s powerful, fun, and confidence-boosting. You’ll punch, kick, and move through rounds that build conditioning while helping you blow off stress. The vibe is strong and uplifting — you leave feeling lighter mentally and sharper physically.
Great for: stress relief, cardio that doesn’t feel boring, energy, confidence, total-body conditioning.
Grit
Short, intense interval training designed for maximum results in minimal time. Think hard efforts, quick recoveries, and a “that was fast but effective” finish. Grit is for days you want to push your engine, build toughness, and walk out feeling accomplished.
Great for: quick conditioning, performance-focused training, people who like intensity and efficiency.
BodyPump
Barbell-based strength endurance with high reps and coached technique. It’s a full-body training session that builds muscle tone, work capacity, and consistency — especially for people who want lifting with structure. You’ll hit legs, back, chest, shoulders, and core in a way that’s repeatable and progression-friendly.
Great for: full-body strength endurance, toning, consistency, beginners to lifting who want direction, anyone who likes a coached rhythm.
RPM
Indoor cycling built around intervals, pacing cues, and focused effort. RPM helps you improve cardio capacity and leg strength without pounding your joints — and it’s one of the best “clear your head” workouts you can do. You control the resistance, so it scales from beginner-friendly to seriously challenging.
Great for: low-impact cardio, endurance, leg strength, stress relief, structured conditioning.
