StudioFit

Come for the Sweat. Stay for the Crew.

This is where training gets louder—in the best way. StudioFit is Razor Sharp’s group training experience: instructor-led classes that bring structure, momentum, and the kind of energy you can’t fake.

Who should try it: Anyone who wants a clear, results-driven setup that feels welcoming, not anonymous.

How it helps you thrive: More consistency, more confidence, and better real-life strength and energy – because the environment supports repeatable progress.

How a typical member uses it: They plug this space into their week (2-4x/week) as their go-to for focused sessions that match their goals.

What it’s built for: Intentional training with space to move – so you can focus on quality work, not navigating chaos.

How members use this space

Whether you’re here to get stronger, build conditioning, or stay consistent without overthinking your workout, StudioFit gives you a plan—and a room full of people moving with you.

All StudioFit classes are included with every membership—no add-ons, no surprises.

What StudioFit Is

Most gyms treat group classes like “extras.”

StudioFit is different. It’s a training system you can plug into—built around proven Les Mills programs and coached by instructors who actually notice when you show up.

You’ll get:

  • Coaching + structure (so you’re not guessing)
  • Music-driven intensity that makes hard work feel doable
  • Community momentum—you’ll push more because you’re not doing it alone

The StudioFit Lineup

New in April: LES MILLS SHAPES

Launching March 2026 — and we’re just getting started.

LES MILLS SHAPES is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that blends the best of Pilates, sculpt, and power yoga—set to modern beats. Expect small, controlled movements, deep muscle fatigue, and that “whole-body heat” that sneaks up fast (in the best way).

Best for: Sculpting strength, core endurance, alignment, and flexibility—without high impact.

Great for: conditioning, calorie burn, athletic cardio, people who like to feel challenged and energized.

BODYPUMP (55 minutes)

Strength that builds you—fast.
BODYPUMP is total-body barbell training built on the big patterns that actually change your physique and performance: squats, presses, pulls, and hinges—paced with high reps and music-driven momentum. You’ll choose your weight, lock in your form, and stack quality work that leaves you feeling strong, not smoked.
It’s one of the best “show up and get results” sessions we offer—because the plan is already built, the coach keeps you moving, and the room pulls extra effort out of you than you’d do alone.

Best for: Full-body strength, muscle tone, consistency without overthinking.

RPM (45 minutes)

Climbs. Sprints. Legs on fire—in a good way.
RPM is coach-led cycling built around smart intervals: hill pushes, speed surges, sustained efforts, and recoveries that keep you honest. You control the resistance, so it meets you where you’re at—but the music and the group energy help you push farther than you would solo.
If you want a joint-friendly way to build real engine and stronger legs, this is it.

Best for: Cardio fitness, stronger legs, low-impact conditioning.

Great for: stress relief, cardio that doesn’t feel boring, energy, confidence, total-body conditioning.

Yoga (50 minutes)

Move better. Breathe deeper. Recover on purpose.
Yoga in StudioFit is where you build the foundations that keep you training for the long haul—mobility, alignment, strength through range, and the kind of breathing that turns your nervous system back down. Modifications are always available, so you can meet the class where you’re at and still leave feeling better than when you walked in.

Best for: Mobility, stress reduction, recovery, and staying pain-free.

Great for: quick conditioning, performance-focused training, people who like intensity and efficiency.

Silver Fitness (45 minutes)

Strength, balance, and confidence that carries into daily life.
Silver Fitness is designed for older adults who want to stay strong, steady, and independent—without feeling intimidated or rushed. You’ll build strength, balance, and coordination with smart progressions (including chair-based options when helpful), led by an instructor who keeps things clear, safe, and encouraging.

Best for: Strength, balance, mobility, and everyday confidence (beginner-friendly).

Great for: full-body strength endurance, toning, consistency, beginners to lifting who want direction, anyone who likes a coached rhythm.

RPM

Indoor cycling built around intervals, pacing cues, and focused effort. RPM helps you improve cardio capacity and leg strength without pounding your joints — and it’s one of the best “clear your head” workouts you can do. You control the resistance, so it scales from beginner-friendly to seriously challenging.

Great for: low-impact cardio, endurance, leg strength, stress relief, structured conditioning.
