What to expect:
- Regular play times with familiar faces
- All skill levels welcome (you’ll find your people fast)

Seasonal Challenges
Benchuary (Every February)
A month of showing up. A stronger bench. A crew that pushes you.
Benchuary turns winter into momentum season. You’ll train with purpose, track progress, and stack reps week after week—while everyone around you is chasing the same goal.
What to expect:
- A clear bench-focused training target
- Weekly momentum: build confidence, build strength
- A shared scoreboard that makes wins feel bigger
Best for: members who love measurable progress and want a focused strength month.
The Murph Challenge (Every Memorial Day)
Train with purpose. Show up together. Finish as a team.
Murph isn’t just a workout—it’s one of the strongest community moments we have all year. Members train together leading up to it, encourage each other through it, and walk out feeling proud of what they did—and who they did it with.
What to expect:
- Prep opportunities so you feel ready (not intimidated)
- A team atmosphere on event day—everyone gets pulled forward
- A finish that feels like a real accomplishment
Best for: members who want a challenge with meaning and a community you can feel.
Squatober (Every October)
Lower-body season. Big energy. Real strength momentum.
Squatober is where members build serious legs—and even more serious consistency. It’s focused, fun, and contagious: you’ll see people training with intent, tracking progress, and celebrating strength wins all month.
What to expect:
- A month-long lower-body focus with a clear goal
- Weekly progress you can measure and feel
- A training vibe that makes you want to show up again tomorrow
Best for: members who want strength momentum and a shared goal to chase.
Deadcember (Every December)
Stay sharp when routines usually slip.
Deadcember is your anchor month. When schedules get chaotic and consistency gets harder, this gives you something to lock onto: train hard, track progress, and keep building through the busiest season of the year.
What to expect:
- A strength focus that keeps training purposeful
- A community push that helps you stay consistent
- Wins that hit different when the calendar is packed
Best for: members who want to finish the year strong and keep momentum rolling.
