Contrast Therapy. Built for Razor Results.

Cold therapy + infrared heat + red light—together, in one purpose-built recovery space.

The Contrast Suite is where you reset fast, rebuild deeper, and stay consistent with training. It’s premium recovery tech you usually only see in high-end studios and spas—brought into a real training environment, for people who actually use it.

Mount Pleasant only. Expected launch: mid-to-late February 2026.

What you’re building toward: Push. Recover. Thrive. A body that performs well now – and keeps performing later.

How it helps you thrive: Recovery keeps training sustainable: better sleep, better mood, less nagging tightness, and more consistency over months – not just weeks.

How members use it: They build recovery into the week the same way they plan workouts: after training, on off-days, or whenever life is heavy.

Who it’s for: People who train hard, work hard, and want to feel better – less stress, less soreness, and more “ready” between sessions.

Why contrast therapy

Most people train hard. The ones who get the best long-term results? They recover on purpose.

Contrast therapy uses opposing stimuli—cold + heat (and in your case, heat + red light)—to help you:

  • reduce the “beat up” feeling after training
  • manage soreness
  • improve how your body feels day-to-day
  • keep showing up consistently

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about recovering better—so your training actually stacks.

Polar Chamber

IceVault cold therapy

A cleaner, controlled cold exposure experience—without water, ice, or the mess of a plunge. IceVault uses dry cold air and adjustable temps (34–40°F) for repeatable recovery.

Why members use cold exposure

Research reviews and meta-analyses on cold-water immersion (a common cold recovery method) have found it can help reduce muscle soreness and improve perceived recovery after strenuous exercise (results vary by person and how you train).

InfraREDLight Chamber

Infrared heat + red light therapy

This is the rare combo: infrared heat + red light therapy in one unit—usually reserved for high-end recovery studios. You get the premium effect, but in a gym built around performance.

OneBase’s infrared sauna systems are designed to run at a comfortable 135–149°F range—deep heat without the blast-furnace feel of traditional high-heat saunas.

Why members use infrared heat + red light

  • Infrared heat: commonly used for relaxation and circulation support; research reviews note promising findings in some contexts while also emphasizing that evidence quality varies by claim.

Red light therapy (photobiomodulation): systematic review/meta-analysis evidence suggests it may help with DOMS-related muscle soreness and recovery outcomes in some settings.

Why members love it

  • It’s rare. Infrared heat + red light therapy in one unit is typically found in high-end recovery studios—now it’s inside your gym.
  • It’s built for real schedules. Short sessions that fit around work, family, and training.
  • It supports consistency. Less “I’m too sore,” more “I’m ready.”
  • It feels premium without feeling soft. Private rooms. Clean setup. Serious recovery.

It fits the Razor Sharp cycle. Push hard → recover with intention → thrive outside the gym.
